Incredible experience today and Atmana! Full body massage with Ayurvedic herbs infused into the oil. My pain is gone and I’m relaxed from head to toe. If you want a unique experience where you are treated like a princess from the beginning to the end. You need to have a treatment here!!

This was my second experience here and once again the staff truly impressed me with their kindness and helpfulness. I especially want to thank the person who took care of me today. She was incredibly gentle, and it’s clear that she works with passion and great attention to detail. I had a hot stone massage the entire experience was exceptional. I then finished with a scalp massage, which was wonderfully soothing and welcoming. Every treatment was performed with such care and softness….! The place itself is modern, beautifully designed, and perfectly located in the city center with easy access to public transportation. I truly recommend this place 100%! ❤️

I treated my mom and myself to a Atmana Spa, and let me say, it did not disappoint! From the moment we stepped in until we left, we were treated like royalty and had the most incredible foot care and massage I think I've ever had. I'm used to 5-star spas in Asia and this was on par. I'm thrilled to see a spa that incorporates Ayurvedic philosophy and 360 wellness. The entire staff was incredible. We will be back and I will be recommending Atmana to all my friends. Thank you.

From the warm welcome to the incredible massage and the pristine ambiance, I was thoroughly impressed with my entire experience. The foot massage before the main treatment was such a delightful surprise—it was so relaxing it nearly put me to sleep! The provided clothing was not only comfortable but smelled amazing, adding an extra touch of care. Both my husband and I had a wonderful afternoon retreat. Thank you for such a fantastic experience—I highly recommend it!

What a hidden gem! I was gifted a gift card to Atmana spa and decided to book a last minute prenatal facial and massage. Upon arrival, I was greeted with such warmth and hospitality from the front desk and from Arti, the owner. While checking in, I was given a delicious glass of fresh coconut water, slippers and clothing to change into and then was brought into their relaxation area. I was offered tea and snacks prior to my appointment. My service was performed by Joy who was the sweetest - very experienced, considerate and attentive to my needs while in my pregnant state. If you are looking for an out of this world relaxation experience with the upmost hospitality, I would look no further. This is it! I will definitely be returning!

I had the most wonderful experience at Atmana Spa! The number one thing that stood out to me was how incredibly skilled both attendants were. (Joy & Selugi). You can truly tell when therapists are well-trained and experienced. I’ve been to spas where the quality feels inconsistent, but here it was clear they prioritize technique and the overall quality of the massage. That alone is the reason I would absolutely come back. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and the spa itself is clean, calming, and inviting. My session began with a relaxing foot soak and scrub followed by a massage , which I truly needed. It felt amazing. I did their 55-minute body cocoon wrap treatment, which started with a full-body deep tissue massage and ended with the warming body cocoon wrap. While the wrap was setting, she massaged my scalp, which was so soothing. My skin felt incredibly hydrated, especially needed during the cold winter months. Such a beautiful, restorative experience. Highly recommend!

I had the most incredible experience at Atmana Spa! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the serene, beautifully designed space—so calming and peaceful, truly a sanctuary. The staff were warm, welcoming, and so professional, making me feel completely at ease. The spa itself was spotless—immaculately clean and thoughtfully maintained, which really added to the overall sense of calm and care. I had the pleasure of having an Ayurvedic massage that was absolutely divine. Deeply healing, grounding, and done with such skill and intention—it left me feeling completely rejuvenated in both body and mind. In addition to this massage, their foot massage was so beautiful and deeply relaxing. If you're looking for a luxurious, holistic, and deeply restorative experience, Atmana is an absolute gem. I had the most nourishing experience at Atmana Spa! Upon my arrival, I was offered a seat and some coconut water, and greeted with the utmost hospitality, When I met my spa therapist, Joy, she immediately made me feel safe, comfortable and cared for. Joy had such a calming presence and a genuine way of making me feel at ease. She started off with a foot massage and we got to know each other a bit better. By the time I went into the room for my facial, I was very relaxed. Joy's facial was so mindfully and intentionally executed. She paid attention to details and kept checking in to see if I was alright. She even added in some body massage. I could tell that Joy was well trained, loves what she does and cares deeply about her clients. After my treatment, the spa owner, Arti, thoughtfully offered me a tour of the spa. She took me through the spaces and even upstairs to an event space that could be rented out! I came to the spa feeling burnt out, but left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and glowing. I believe due to the body massage, I felt lighter and had an abundance of energy well into the evening! If you are looking for a simple, yet luxurious experience, I highly recommend Atmana Spa. I will definitely be back, with company!

I visited the Atmana Spa today for a facial - after having walked by it many times before. The space was calming and peaceful, a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the nearby King Street East. My 1.5 hour appointment started off with a wonderful ritual foot massage. And, was followed by a facial, which also included a massage of my arms, head, and upper shoulders. Joy, who provided the service, was a very skillful, professional and eager to please - ensuring I was comfortable throughout the treatment. I was also provided with a tour of the other treatment rooms. Everything from the start to the end was terrific. I will definitely be back!
